Biographical information concerning these Directors is presented below:

H. James Baum, an Illinois Valley Bancorp Director, has been a Director of the Grundy Bank since 1972. He is President of Baum's, Inc., a third generation retailer, who operates a 119 year old women's apparel store. He was named the "1993 Small Store Retailer of the Year" by the National Retail Federation. He is also President and Director of the Grundy National Building Corporation and managing partner of 647 Associates, both of which are real estate management companies.

G. Parker Kemp, an Illinois Valley Bancorp Director, has served the Grundy Bank Board since 1974. He is Executive Vice President and Director of the Commerce Bank of Bloomington, Illinois, the successor bank of the Lexington Bank of which he was President & CEO for 25 years. He is a Director of the Grundy National Building Corporation and is also CEO of Kemp Grain Company, Croplands, Inc., and Kemp Farms, Inc., agricultural related entities.

Richard B. Owen, an Illinois Valley Bancorp Director, has served the Grundy Bank Board since 1982. He is President & CEO of Owen Nursery and House of Wesley, Inc., which distributes nursery products nationally through newspaper advertisements and the distribution of twenty million catalogs per year. He operates three retail nursery stores in Bloomington, Illinois, and in Fairbault, Minnesota. He was the recipient of the American Marketing Association's 1993/1994 Marketing Pioneer Award. Also active in McLean County commercial estate development and a Director of the Grundy National Building Corporation.

Ronald L. Wohlwend, an Illinois Valley Bancorp Director, has served as President and CEO of IVB since the Company's inception and formerly served as Grundy Bank's President from 1981 to 1999. He is a member of the faculty of the American Institute of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, having also chaired that school's Banker Advisory Council. He is a former Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Illinois Banker's Association and the American Banker's Association Community Bankers Council. Mr. Wohlwend currently serves on the Boards of the Morris Hospital and Joliet Junior College Foundations

Kevin L. Olson, is the President and CEO of Grundy Bank. He joined the bank in 1986 as a commercial and agricultural lender. Olson is Past President of the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce and Morris Kiwanis Club. He served on the Board of the University of Illinois Agricultural Alumni Association as Treasurer and on the Board of the Grundy Economic Development Council. He is a member of American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council and on the Board of Directors of the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Council.
