Personal Online Banking is a secure and convenient link to your Grundy Bank accounts. You can view current balance information, transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, place stop payment orders, pay bills and reorder checks.
How much does Online Banking cost? Personal Online Banking and Online Bill Pay at Grundy Bank is FREE!
If I forgot my password and have been locked out of Online Banking, what do I do? After three unsuccessful attempts to log onto your Personal Online Banking Account, you will become "locked out" of our system. If this should happen, simply contact one of our bookkeeping representatives and she will reset your password or e-mail us at info@grundybank.com. We will reset your password. When you logon for the first time after your password has been reset, you must change your password before you enter the Personal Online Banking site.
When is Online Banking Available? In general, Grundy Bank's Personal Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There may be times when our system will be offline for maintenance for short periods of time.
Online Bill Pay is a service that lets you pay your bills using the Internet. You tell us who you would like to pay and the date you would like your bill paid. We will process and mail a check for you. Bills must be entered into our system at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the bill.
Grundy Bank's Online Bill Pay is free, with the exception of any account fees you may incur (NSF, stop payment fees, etc.) and it does not include any costs associated with your Internet Service Provider.
When will payments be sent using Online Bill Pay? Payments submitted prior to the 3:00 p.m. cut off time will be processed and mailed on the next business day. Payments submitted after the 3:00 p.m. cut-off time will be processed on the next business day and will be mailed the the business day following processing. (Example: a check submitted on Monday at 6:00 p.m. will be processed on Tuesday and a check will be mailed on Wednesday.)
Can I schedule a bill to be paid on the same day each month using Bill
Pay? You can schedule bills to be paid On Demand, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Annually or Semi-Annually. Bills must be entered into our system at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the bill.
What is the difference between my Current Balance and Available Balance? Your Available Balance is your beginning balance of the day. Your Current Balance reflects any activity for the day. For example, your Available balance is $1,000.00. You deposited $500.00 cash and you withdraw $100.00 at the ATM. Your Current balance would be $1,400.00.
